Welcome to the Lancaster Gate residents' website.
Lancaster Gate is an 84 suite leasehold apartment building in the West End of Vancouver B.C. The purpose of this website is to provide building residents and leaseholders with information that is pertinent to the safety, security and care of our mutual living space. This site is developed and managed by Lancaster Gate Tenants Committee.

The pool is open!!
The Lancaster Gate Committee and Management invite you to view the new pool furniture. Hopefully, we'll have a lovely summer and we can enjoy the sun and swimming with the pool area's beautification. (Side tables will be added.)

A reminder: cardboard boxes need to be broken down - a nuisance to be sure but the bins have been filled with so many intact boxes other paper cannot be added. Also food scraps cannot be added to the glass, paper or ‘containers’ bins. In the past, we've had our recycling refused for pickup. This is an inconvenience for everyone. To avoid potential increases in maintenance fees by adding more bins, please use them judiciously. Thank you.

The Annual General Meeting of Lancaster Gate leaseholders will be held November 3/2024 from 1:30-4:00 PM, in the West End Community Centre, in the Denman Room, on the second floor.
Lessees or their representatives are welcome to attend. Please bring a pen and notepaper, and your questions and suggestions. If any wish to contribute towards the rental of the meeting room, you may do so at the time of the meeting.

The government has at long last responded to the concerns of leaseholders in BC. Thanks to EBLA (English Bay Leaseholders Association) for their hard work in fighting for and arranging this.
