The ‘Lancaster Gate Tenants Committee’ (LGTC) advocates for changes and improvements that affect all residents.
The establishing of the LGTC is in accordance with clause 8 of our Contract with the lessor (or owner) of Lancaster Gate. The current committee was formed in 2017.
The LGTC meets every month. We have an annual general meeting for the leaseholders to discuss building issues, offer ideas for improvements, and have elections by secret ballot.
The LGTC members are elected by secret ballot at the Annual General Meeting.
